We’re looking to expand the Kurppa Hosk family with another brilliant Account Director
Kurppa Hosk is a brand agency with close to 80 employees across our offices in Stockholm and New York. We solve complex business problems by combining the sharpest strategic minds with the best designers in the industry, working across sectors to serve some of the world’s most renowned and progressive brands. As we continue to grow our office in Stockholm, we’re looking to bring onboard an Account Director who can help us strive for operational and design excellence, alongside enabling both new and current client relationships to flourish.
An Account Director at Kurppa Hosk holds overall responsibility for a selection of clients and projects, actively leading and coordinating client assignments – typically for several clients and multiple workstreams simultaneously. They are responsible for owning the client relationship and for driving projects and processes forward – providing expert strategic advice in all relevant areas along the way.
Eloquently playing the dual advocacy role between client and Kurppa Hosk, this means working in partnership with both the client and agency team to understand both project requirements, strategic objectives and ambition, before setting out a plan and scope to deliver success. You are detail-oriented but are also able to take a step back and see the bigger strategic and logistical picture — identifying opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
As a person, you are driven , and welcome equal parts responsibility and accountability. Diverse in your skillset, you have experience of managing both strategic and creative development processes and projects. You are innovative and like to push the boundaries and as such, are able to adapt your experiences and take on new challenges if required — even if this means stepping out of your comfort zone from time to time, you maintain an attitude of ‘anything is possible’. You have a proven track record of managing project lifecycles from beginning to end, getting the best out of cross-disciplinary teams and client collaboration to create brand experiences that can travel across platforms. Extensive experience managing large and small digital projects is also highly desirable.
