Senior Strategist  

As a Senior Strategist at Kurppa Hosk you’ll be working on projects within business, brand, design and communication strategy, i.e. Business Design. Our deliverables are often comprised of insight and analysis, segmentation, positioning, brand platforms, brand architecture and portfolio structures.

Your role is to lead complex strategy projects and be part of a team with other strategists and designers. Since Kurppa Hosk also works within the fields of Brand Design and Service Design – often as a consequence of Business Design – you’ll be collaborating closely with service designers, visual designers, other strategists and account people.

All of the above calls for great intellectual capabilities, people and leadership skills and an understanding of Kurppa Hosk’s creative process and quality standards. Hence, you also need to be a good process leader, self-propelled and an extremely capable communicator to be able to present and convince on C-suite level.

English proficiency is a requirement.

You most probably have a background from a brand agency or a management consultancy firm and a degree either within marketing and/or business administration.
