Kurppa Hosk is looking for an Account Director to join our Stockholm team

An Account Director at Kurppa Hosk holds an overall responsibility for a selection of clients and projects, actively leading and coordinating client assignments – typically for several clients and multiple workstreams simultaneously. They are responsible for owning relationships with clients and for driving projects and processes forward – providing qualified advice in all relevant areas along the way.

Eloquently playing the dual advocacy role between client and Kurppa Hosk, this means working in partnership with both the client and team to understand requirements and ambition, before setting out a plan and scope to deliver against it. As a person, you are self-propelled and welcome the opportunity of equal responsibility and accountability. Diverse in your skillset, you have experience of managing both strategic and creative development processes and projects. You like to push the boundaries and as such, are able to adapt your past experiences and take on new challenges if needs be.

As Kurppa Hosk’s client base includes a substantial amount of digital first brands, the ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of managing UX processes, conceptual and systematic design projects. You have an understanding of end to end product development cycles and thrive in the creative part this entails and the intersection between brand identity and experience

Main responsibilities

– Overall responsible for a selection of KH’s clients and assignments
– Actively lead and coordinate client assignments, advising and supporting the client during the way
– Develop existing client relationships and actively propose new projects
– Coordinating the project team internally and with the rest of the Account Management team
– Maintain a high service level towards the client
– Write quotes, process descriptions and timelines
– Plan and organize pitch processes and participate in other new business activities

The ideal person

– Has a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role and proven track record of having successfully managed sizeable projects including brand strategy and brand identity development and implementation
– Has excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and written (the KH office is English-first)
– Has great relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
